Khaki Software is led by Managing Associate Dr. David Gurzick – an accomplished Thought Leader and Technologist with more than 15 years of success in information technology, enterprise solutions, online services, event management, and higher education. Dr. Gurzick has the ability to merge a deep understanding of technology with sound business acumen. Throughout his executive career, David has held leadership positions with Hood College and Sonum Technologies, Inc. and has served on the boards of the Frederick Innovative Technology Center, Inc (FITCI) and Celebrate Frederick, Inc. – the latter as board president for three years.
Dr. Gurzick is a Microsoft-certified Azure Data Scientist. Beyond an advanced knowledge of artificial intelligence, business analytics, and data science, his broad areas of expertise include advancing tech to commercial viability, developing business strategy, assessing technology-oriented budgets and financials, creating and leveraging online communities, and harnessing crowdsourcing and crowdfunding.
